// PROCESS
How It Works.
Three steps. From first session to ongoing development.
// 01
Book the Free First Session
45 minutes. One-on-one. No fee, no commitment, nothing to cancel afterward.
It is a real training session and an evaluation at the same time. Your player works; the coach watches. Seven categories are scored on a 1–5 scale calibrated to their age group: ball control, passing, weak foot, finishing, 1v1 duels, awareness, decision-making.
The session ends with the 12×12 — a timed benchmark circuit run identically for every player. That number becomes their baseline.
// 02
Read the Evaluation Snapshot
Within 24 hours you receive a written Evaluation Snapshot. Two pages.
Baseline scores across all seven categories. What the coach observed. The Highest-Impact Priority — the single thing that will move your player's game the most right now. And one recommended path.
One recommendation. Not a menu of options.
// 03
Train, and see it measured
Two ways to train, matched to what the evaluation found:
Every session ends with a Home Protocol: a named drill, exact instructions, a frequency, and a demo video. Every private session is followed by a written Session Snapshot. Every 8 sessions, a Cycle Snapshot puts the baseline pentagon and the current one on the same page, with the 12×12 re-timed.
// IN WRITING
What you get in writing.
Baseline scores, 7 categories, observations, Highest-Impact Priority, recommended path
The work, the observations, the Home Protocol, the next focus
Baseline vs current scoring, Identity Badges earned, cycle summary, next priority
Written narrative of development
Nothing here is a verbal update at pickup. It is written, dated, and yours to keep.
